Outlook Guide to block the same Sender from keep sending email to you. 1. Open your outlook 2. right click the message/email you want to block, from the pop-up menu options, choose "Junk" 3. Sub-option menu appear, then you can choose to: a) Block Sender b) Never Block Sender ... NOTE: once you block Sender, you will not receiving any future email from the block sender. {img type="attId" attId="1559"} 4. If you want to unblock the block sender email message and any future incoming email, you can find the block sender email at the "Junk Email" folder, just right clickl option menu "Juck", from the sub-option menu, click the unblock sender (next time, you will start receiving email from the said unblock sender) {img type="attId" attId="1563"} 5. You can access the "Block Sender"option menu from the far upper right, with the 3 dot, just right click, you can see the same option menu appear. {img type="attId" attId="1560"} 6. From the same option menu, you can select the bottom of the sub-option menu "Junk E-mail Options". This is the complete Junk Email Options selection, where you can pre-defined list of : a. Safe Senders b. Safe Recipient c. Blocked Senders Note: you must know the list of email address you want to perform the above {img type="attId" attId="1561"} 7. for the "International"option menu, you have 2 choosen: {img type="attId" attId="1562"} Option 01 "Blocked Top-Level Domain List... Which allow you to blocked The sender's email address in different countries/regions. Option 02: "Blocked Encodings List... Characters of each language are contained in a special coding or character set.
